These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the geekcode.io website (the “Site”) operated by Geekcode.io. By browsing or using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is for informational and commercial-contact purposes regarding Geekcode.io services, including software development, mobile apps, artificial intelligence, Machine Learning, cloud architecture, integrations, and Fintech-related services, among others.
Published information is not a binding offer, legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee immediate availability of a specific service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You must not:
- Attempt to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Site
- Submit illegal, abusive, misleading, or rights-infringing content through the contact form
- Use scrapers, bots, or automated means in an abusive way that harms the service
- Impersonate another person or deliberately provide false contact details
3. Intellectual property
Texts, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, code, and other Site content are owned by Geekcode.io or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited, except as allowed by applicable law.
4. Services and commercial contracts
Any professional services, scope, timelines, pricing, deliverables, service levels, confidentiality, and liability will be governed exclusively by the proposal, statement of work, or contract that Geekcode.io and the client execute in writing (including electronic means accepted by the parties).
Nothing on the Site replaces those documents or creates delivery obligations by itself.
5. Contact form
By submitting the contact form, you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to share your company’s data where applicable. Submitting the form does not guarantee a response within a specific timeframe or acceptance of a project.
6. Fintech, AI, and technology content
References to Fintech, CNBV, ITFs, SPEI, AML/PLD, KYC, AI, or other technologies are general and informational. Each client’s regulatory compliance depends on its business model, permits, and specialized counsel. Geekcode.io is not a regulator and does not grant regulatory licenses.
7. Links and third parties
The Site may mention or link to third-party services (for example cloud providers or Formspree for form delivery). Geekcode.io does not control those sites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Third-party use is governed by their own terms.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geekcode.io is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or harm arising from use of — or inability to use — the Site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Mexican law.
9. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Notice on this Site, which forms an integral part of these terms as applicable.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time by publishing the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes, unless law requires another mechanism.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the United Mexican States. For disputes related to use of the Site, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that may otherwise apply.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms, use the Site’s contact form.
